CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT CREATION

1 : TARGET
The present proposal has the aim of establishing the methods of sale and use of musics, between a customer of MUSIC 4 PRO and MUSIC 4 PRO, by the intermediary of the customer's accounts. It does not concern the musics of the database reachable by the: www.music4pro.com

2 : TERM

2.1. Period of validity
The contract is renewed once a year, by tacit agreement.

2.2. Customer’s account creation
The curstomer’s account is automaticaly created at the contract’s indorsement step between the customer and Music 4 Pro

2.3. Customer’s account use
The customer ask for its order by the blank available. Music 4 pro give him quickly by Email the download adress of its order.

2.4. Billing
At regular frequency (once a month for example), Music 4 Pro make state of the place orders and publish an invoice to the attention of the customer with:

Order detail of each order with its price corresponding,

The global amount of purchase orders.

This bill is transmitted to the customer for payment.
